Our boxing classes are designed to give you a mixture of high intensity cardio, agility & strength based training to help improve your endurance, coordination & stamina.
We use a combination of Boxmasters and boxing bags in a circuit style training aided by trainers on pads to help you with technique. Should you need it we can also adapt sessions to suit you.

Fit n Functional
A functional training class which utilisers all areas of the body. This class will test your balance, core strength and will mainly use your own body weight as resistance.
Strength & Conditioning - Full Body
This class focuses on the major muscle groups of chest, back, legs core and shoulders to increase tone and strength. By building strength in the foundation muscles the body will work more efficiently. We add short bursts of high intensity cardio for added fat burning benefits.

Strength & Conditioning - Rehab & Pre/Postnatal
A fitness class designed for ALL, but we especially focus on rehab and pre and postnatal women. New mums and their babies can come in and train safely to ease back into training with the comfort of having their babies with them. Ideally this class is suitable for babies 0-6 months (or at a non crawling age) - free creche service also available at this time.
Pilates - Reformer
Join us for a 55 minute Reformer class. Pilates reformer is a great way to strengthen, lengthen and tone the body. Pilates is highly beneficial for those seeking a more low impact form of exercise. Our instructors are highly trained and have an extensive knowledge of injuries and how to work the body safely. This class is small, with only 5 reformers in a boutique private studio located next door to KT Personal Training Gym. Please wear sticky Pilates socks, socks or you can also purchase socks at the gym. Please note: Late cancellation of less than 4 hours prior to class will incur the full fee. Not refundable. Our classes book out quick with a waitlist. Please be courteous to cancel out of your class to allow those on the waitlist to book in.
Pilates - Mat
Mat Pilates is a gentle way to lengthen, strengthen and tone the body. Great for decreasing aches and pain whilst improving the mobility in the joints whilst strengthening at the same time. This class is great for all ages and abilities.

A 45 minute high intensity cross training class which will work your entire body. We use a mixture of body weight, functional training equipment to challenge the body. Think functional training cross with HIIT. This class is ideal for anyone ready to step up their fitness level.
50+ Pilates & Mobility
Designed for over 50's, this class is ideal for anyone wanting to increase mobility and core strength throughout their body. Come along a feel the benefits.
50+ Weights & Cardio
This class is a gentle class aimed for people who need a low intensity training session. Clients are taken through a weights and cardio circuit which is suitable for people with injuries or suffer from joint stiffness or arthritis.
