We are located in Australia's south west town of Dunsborough, conveniently close to the main town centre. I am so glad I built up the courage to phone KT Personal Training and sit down with Katie for a chat. She was so warm and welcoming, and made me feel at ease straight away.
My journey started with a 12 week program that involved some group classes and one-on-one PT with Katie. Over the 12 weeks I lost six kilos and my confidence grew. From there I joined Katie’s 10 week weight loss challenge and lost a further 6 kilos!!! I haven't been this weight since my wedding seven years ago!! I also managed to sneak into second place in the challenge which was an extra bonus!!
So, over five months I have lost 12 kilos. I feel so much stronger and healthier now. Over this time I have completely changed how I live my life. I build exercise into my daily routine and I have adopted a new way of eating. From a weight loss perspective, I did not want a quick fix, I wanted something that was going to be sustainable.
The support, encouragement and advice I have received from Katie, Jess and Sarah has been fantastic. I wouldn’t have achieved this without them. The range of classes on offer provide great variety, no two class is the same. I find this to be very motivating as there isn’t the chance to get bored. The knowledge and experience that Katie and her team has is also very reassuring. They have created such a positive and supportive environment that I look forward to my gym sessions now!! Even my kids love coming to the gym, the creche facility has been a lifesaver.
A big thank you to Katie, Jess, Mikee and Sarah for helping me achieve my goal, and for giving me more strength and energy to run around after my three very active boys!!!
